LusoHub provides services and, within this context, decides appropriately, always in strict accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, which data will be recorded, the means for processing this data and the format and purpose for which it will be used.

  • Communicate with and manage our relationship with you, including managing complaints or suggestions

  • Right to object - The data subject has the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, especially when his/her data is processed for direct marketing purposes.

  • Right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing - The data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision taken solely on the basis of automated processing of his or her personal data, including profiling, which produces legal effects that significantly or similarly affect him/her.

In addition to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the CNPD or other competent supervisory authority under the law, if he/she considers that his/her data is not being legitimately processed by LusoHub, in accordance with the applicable law and this Policy.

 

Under what circumstances does the communication of data with other entities take place?

 

LusoHub may use other entities to provide specific services. From time to time, such services may involve access by these entities to users' personal data.

 

Thus, any entity subcontracted by LusoHub will process the personal data of our or users in the name and on behalf of LusoHub, under strict obligation to adopt the necessary measures to ensure the protection of personal data against destruction, whether accidental or unlawful, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, and against any other form of unlawful processing.

The provision of specific services by LusoHub may result in the transfer of your data in and out of Portugal. In this case, LusoHub will strictly comply with the applicable legal provisions regarding the protection of personal data and the requirements applicable to such transfers, namely informing the user.

 

What are the security measures adopted by LusoHub?

 

LusoHub is committed to ensuring the confidentiality, protection and security of its customers' personal data, implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect such data against any form of improper or illegitimate processing and against any accidental loss or destruction of such data.

 

As we recognize the sensitivity of this matter, we have prepared and disseminated a Personal Data Protection Policy to all our employees, in order to ensure that they are aware of the obligations imposed on them in this regard.
